Fed: NSW govt to deal those responsible for rail failures

CANBERRA, Jan 16 AAP - The NSW government would deal with the people who were responsible
for failures at the former state rail authority, state Transport Minister Michael Costa
said today.

A report into the Waterfall train disaster found managers at NSW StateRail had known
about problems with the emergency braking system for more than a decade but did nothing
about it.
