LOS ANGELES -- Amid high-profile accusations that Hollywood markets violence to children, Universal Studios has pulled a horror movie trailer that preceded its hit, ``How The Grinch Stole Christmas.''
The decision was made last week after some theater chains called the preview for ``The Mummy Returns'' too intense for young audiences. The trailer never ran.
The Federal Trade Commission and members of Congress have criticized entertainment companies for marketing violent and sexually explicit films, video games and music to young children.
